BTW. WTF BACKGROUND?!?!?! I spent like, six hours on that. This is actually how I picture Spock's apartment on campus. The door to enter is off to the left, with the kitchen to your left when you enter, and a desk/office to your right with a bedroom off each end. And the bit in the middle as you come in is actually sunken into the ground, for meditation etc. Come to think of it, it's kinda a cross between that movie with The Beatles in it and Barbara's apartment in Down With Love, LMFAO. Not that I have thought about this. At all. >.>

I keep getting this post-XI Star Trek silly!plot bunny stuck in my head. It goes as follows:

I figure they have times on board where they're allowed to relax and unwind and, probably have a social on their 400+ crewed vessel (you know, when the red shirts aren't dying... or maybe to cheer the red shirts up after they all die, LOL). Naturally Uhura would sing something awesome, and then... DUN DUN DUN. After her singing is finished, she goes and sits with Spock, who is in the audience and the next person to come on the stage is not who was scheduled, but...

Kirk. And McCoy. And whichever other rabble-rousers Kirk is friends with, LOL. And they are all dressed up as... Spock! With sticky-on ears and drawn on eyebrows and wigs (LOL. AS IF THEY DON'T HAVE A COSTUME DEPARTMENT ABOARD THE ENTERPRISE, LOLOLOL). And they ACT like Spock, being all srs, posture perfect, hands behind back, and only showing emotions in their left eyebrows (LOLOLOL).

And Uhura is all, "WTF........... >:|||||" and Spock is all, "This shall be interesting..." and Kirk and Co. are all "*SPOCKISH*"

So, you know my previous post? About Felton/Efron being Teflon? Well, I Tweeted about it (as you do), after I saw a picture of Zefron on the Feltbeats forum. And wouldn't you know it, Tom's g/f Jade was poorly, and he Tweeted that he bought her a High School Musical balloon (b/c she's in love with Zefron, LOL) and a teddy and stuff.

Today is ANZAC Day here in Australia - a day where we remember our troops from the wars Australia has fought. Traditionally it pay homage specifically to the veterans of WWI (people known as "Diggers" in the day), but it's developed over time.

I'm celebrating by baking ANZAC biscuits! They were sent to troops from home because they were the only things that didn't go off or lose their tastiness over time, LOL. You guessed it - they have Golden Syrup in them XD LOL.

I might rent out Gallipoli if I feel like a bit of a cry later tonight, HAHA. Oh Mel Gibson... WHERE DID IT ALL GO SO WRONG?!

I know I'd lost my Doctor Who Season 3 ages ago, but I'd hoped I'd find it in the move... and then I realised I was missing some Firefly and Jonathan Creek and AN ENTIRE SEASON OF SUPERNATURAL!! D: And then I remembered that they were all ones I took away!! SO. YES. I'm hoping you found it and forgot about it ^^; Otherwise, I SHALL BE A SAD BUNNY :C

Also, this moodtheme sucks sometimes. Azula looks EVIL PLOTTING here and it's for anxious? SRSLY?! WTF.

SO. I am currently in my home town doing Professional Experience (PE) at a Primary (Elementary) School... and I'm kinda loving it more than a prospective High School teacher should, LOL. The kids are so cute and full of learning and "OMFG WOW"ness XDDDDD

As part of our assessment we have to write about our experiences and write reflectively, so I'm going to tell you about two things that happened today that probably don't interest anyone but me and my assessors when I get all my thoughts down :D

1. In maths today we were talking about fractions and where they fit on a number line between 0 and 1. They were great with 1/2, 1/4 and 3/4, but had a bit of trouble figuring out where 1/3 would be exactly in relation to the previous fractions. So we had a bit of a "think, pair, share" where they turned to their neighbour and thought about how they could figure it out. Here's what one pair said:

Boy 1: What about if we just put it half-way between 1/4 and 1/2? [a pretty reasonable guess, I thought]
Boy 2: Nah, because then that would be 3/8ths.

O___________________________________o DUDE. HOLY FUCK. LOL. That was my reaction to this. HAHA. There is NO WAY that kid should have known that. I just thought it was AWESOME that a kid could just be so casual about knowing something like that, LOL.

2. Miss Smith (not her real name, LOL) was reading a book aloud to the class (they're doing this for most of term, I think and then watching the film), and I, as usual was scribbling in my book while listening (a habit I picked up from lectures I think, LOL). A while later she came to talk to Kristen (the other Student Teacher) and I and she noticed my scribbling (it was of Draco's posture. Yes. I know. You're all so surprised. STFU. LOL) and showed it to the rest of the class 0.o

"Would you like Miss F to take you for an art lesson?"
"YES!!!!!!!!"

Here's me, TOTALLY embarrassed because, omfg, it's in PEN and scribbly and horrible and LAME and his head's on wrong and WTF WHY ARE YOU SHOWING THIS TO PEOPLE?! XDDDDDD And then Kristen saw that I was all, "NUUUUU WHUT ARE YOU DOING?!" and was like, "SHE HAS OTHER STUFF".

TRAITOR.

So I go and get my book and show the stuff that I do like (luckily I only had one naughty picture to skim over >.> LOL. Remind me not to draw FIVE slash while at school XDDDD), and I had basically the ENTIRE CLASS crowding around me going,

Me: This is Ron and Hemione
Them: FROM HARRY POTTER?!
Me: Yeah!
Them: OMG I LOVE HARRY POTTER!!
Me: And this is Katara and Aang from Avatar: The Last Airbender.
Them: OMG I LOVE AVATAR!!!
Them: MY BROTHER LOVES AVATAR!!
Them: AVATAR IS AWESOME!!
Me: And Helga and Arnold from Hey Arnold!.
Them: I USED TO WATCH THAT SHOW.

And then a little later Miss Smith saw my portrait of Tom that I'm working on, and her jaw dropped and she grabbed my book and showed it to the class, and they all went,

Students: WOW!!!!!!!
Boy: Who's that?
Miss Smith: Her boyfriend.
Kristen & I: HAHAHAHAHHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAAAA.

I LOLED. HAHA. Anyway. I was amused.

So I'm thinking maybe I should teach 5/6 just to boost my ego, LOL XDDDDDD But it's great, because now they're coming up and talking to me and showing me their art and looking at me like I'm all powerful or something, ahahaha :D

So yes. I had to write those down so I don't forget :D

Night all! I have to take Maths in the morning!! EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE MATHS FTMFW :D The class has to say, "Fractions are our friends" :D I always want to say "Fractions are our friend in the fridge" because Miss Smith is from New Zealand and that makes it funny XD

I have sparkly HP font stickers and THEY SO NEED TO BE ON MY GUITAR NOW.
